CPT Coaching

An in-depth process upwards of 3 calls well suited to those wanting to work on their cognition, improve wellbeing, and expand their experience of reality.

CPT Type Coaching

CPT Type Coaching is designed for those familiar with the CPT Type Service, focusing on individuation and life enhancement through cognitive functions. It addresses both internal and external growth, helping overcome resistance and achieve goals. The service includes weekly video calls and email support. Ongoing coaching is also available.

Cognitive Coaching

Cognitive coaching has a plethora of different applications, such as enhanced productivity, self-esteem, interpersonal harmony, mental health, and general well-being. However, at the core, it is centered around the concept of individuation and intrapersonal balance – expansion of the self and the ways of being human. To this end, advanced CPT principles such as network theory are employed to encourage the neuroplasticity in a direction of sustainable cognitive growth. More specifically, CPT coaching involves the co-creation of a bespoke cognitive toolkit tailored to fit the needs of a client. Taking away this tool kit allows for the growth that began within the coaching process to be continued well into the future.

Structure & Approach The toolkit creation process gives the service a level of structure, and is well suited to those just seeking an initial intervention. However, coaching can also be ongoing, and in these cases a more organic approach can be taken to guide the development of cognition over time.

Coaching involves three phases:

Creation: Developing a bespoke tool kit to develop cognition over time.

Augmentation: Further customising the tool kit for the individual.

Refinement: Utilising client's experience to optimise their tool kit.
