Hello, I'm Rob. I’ve been working with Harry on Cognitive Personality Theory (CPT) since 2021. As a long-time typology enthusiast, I’ve always been passionate about understanding how each person experiences and relates to the world. This work is deeply personal to me. It has profoundly shaped my own growth and helped me build more meaningful relationships with others.
I see typology not as a definition of personality, but as a living map of experience. As humans, there’s always more for us to explore and add to that map. I wholeheartedly align with Harry’s philosophy of personality and his vision for how CPT can enrich the human experience. That shared purpose is what led me to join his team: to help bring color and depth to this groundbreaking framework for mapping consciousness and cognition.
Human experience, as we all intuitively know, is an ongoing journey. The map will never be fully drawn, nor will the territory ever be completely known. My role is to serve as a guide to help you locate where you are on that map and support you in becoming your best, most realized self.
I currently offer typing and consulting services. As we grow and evolve, so too does CPT. The focus is shifting beyond refining and applying Jungian and MBTI theories, toward integrating them into a more modern and human framework. While CPT has long explored the “nuts and bolts” that make up archetypes, its new direction moves closer to lived experience—understanding how we each inhabit those archetypes in real life. My contribution is to maintain the foundational structure and the underlying mechanics of the system, which now serve as the legacy upon which CPT continues to expand.
